Great stuff. Although you have the commands for auto-update controls wrong. you have the commands ending in /4 to enable and /1 to disable.. the values are correct the bhe slashes are not.. only the 'validate' option (to display the current setting) uses the slash.

To enable or disable auto-updates on server core, you need to use those commands, but end them with just 4 or 1

I've recently switched from LogMeIn Rescue to Techinline Remote Desktop (www.techinline.com). It's by far the simplest to connect to the remote computer since it requires absolutely no installation on either end. When comparing to the high priced services on the market such as LogMeIn, Webex, VNC, gotoassist, at $30 a month it's a steal! Although it's not as full-featured as LogMeIn Rescue, it's perfect for simple remote support work that I do

Microsoft Knowledgebase article 556086 (support.microsoft.com/.../556086) by Yuval Sinay mentions the Exchange schema versions in the second half:

4397 -> Exchange Server 2000 RTM

4406 -> Exchange Server 2000 With Service Pack 3

6870 -> Exchange Server 2003 RTM

6936 -> Exchange Server 2003 With Service Pack 3

10628 -> Exchange Server 2007

11116 -> Exchange 2007 With Service Pack 1

Thanks Erik, i'm really excited. I'm pretty sure I can deal with the heat since I live in Phoenix AZ...today is supposed to be 106 f. At least now there will be a beach to cool off next too.
