I’m having more and more trouble sleeping through the night at the moment and i honestly don’t know what the problem is.
Over the last couple of weeks, and especially this week, i’ve been getting less and less sleep. I have no issue actually falling asleep but i’ll wake up very easily and then i can’t get back to sleep again.
I find myself “occupying” my mind with the most stupid things when i can’t fall asleep, such as spending 3hrs reading blogs last night till nearly 3am. Naturally that’s not really productive if the outcome is that i’m meant to be sleeping, but i can’t lie still in bed..you know, just lie there and wait to fall asleep.
I’m also drinking less and less coffee these days as i thought maybe that was the cause – but nopes, i doubt it…
problem is that i don’t even feel restless…just the brain going at a 100km/h whenever it hits the pillow. So eventually i’ll get back up again..watch some TV or read some blogs.
Think i’m going to try a herbal tea next – something to relax me.
