The InfoPath demo site is live, even though it isn't completed yet.  I'm hoping to add documentation & make the solution available as a download.  Feel free to look around, play with the InfoPath forms and upload test data.

I've tried guessing the domain but doesn't work, I suspect for other reasons since the plain username/pwd combination should rightly work.
