Asia Pacific MVP Summit
It's been a long day so far, after attending the ANZAC day dawn service, we got bussed back to the convention centre.
Cally Ko (Regional Director) opened the Summit, followed by Sean O'Driscoll (Global Director). So far everything has been top notch. The organisation has been done very well. The venues are cool and the hotel is lovely. Singapore is a steamy place, the temprature stays between 28-33 and it is always humid as hell. Luckily everything is air conditioned.
Today was the executive overview stuff. Lori Brownell gave a good talk on the direction of the MS Platform. Next up was a developer briefing which I have bailed out on as I am not a Dev.
Going back over shortly for the IT Pro briefing. After that its a trip to the Singapore Zoo for the night tour and some dinner. Sounds good, everyone whos ever been there says it is awesome.
I let you know how it went tomorrow. It 's been good to catch up with all the old faces and to meet the new ones. Now I think its time for some lubrication ....Thats beer drinking....if you were thinking something else.....you have a dirty mind
