As an aside, you do not need to do the start and stop. Just the middle line. Windows will take care of it.

You would think(hope) staying in business also requires being reputable!

Whilst I am sure whitepages.com isn't the purveyor they are responsible for the malware their website is dealing out.

I think they need to look at who they get ads from.

Btw, you and I both know that we can't trust the label on a button, yes? You may click on "cancel" but it is the underlying code that decides what is happening.

Things have got better since MS have made it harder if not impossible to generate chromeless windows (which means no fake X (close) buttons) but you still can't trust that the buttons in the window itself will do what the label says it will do...

Yea, that will definetly be hard for you, and people who support windows as well.

I think one of the largest "issues", will be that people wont have the right specs or hardware for the OS. I see that problem for atleast the first year, as people try to update their existing PCs.

Doom has no appreciable plot, ergo makes for a pretty straightforward movie.

The Halo universe, by comparison, is really, really, really rich and varied.

When I played Halo 2, I wasn't really as interested in the shooting as in the cutscenes - the slow realization of the larger plot, the horrible misunderstanding underlying the whole thing.

Personally, I really look forward to the Halo movie. I just hope they don't do a Judge Dredd and reveal the guy inside the suit. That would be teh suck.

IF you pay me a large lump sum of money, I might see Doom and Halo. Other than that, I do not want to see a video game on the big screen. If I want to I will buy DOOM, and a xBox and Halo. I was teasing a friend in a movie theater with a trailer for Doom, that I was going to get a BFG 9000 and shoot the director. ( I guess I should have also added the studio, writer and producer. LOL!
