I personally do NOT like to install drivers from Windows or Microsoft Update, so just be aware and feel free...

If you install the patch... and manually restart the services... are you protected from the iCal/Exchange vulnerability? Answer.. no you are not. If the box indicates that it needs to reboot.. it means that you need to reboot that box. So far three out of three SBS servers I've tested have needed a reboot...
